سفر به ایران بهترین زمان برای چشیدن طعم واقعی غذاهای ایرانی

آقای ایگو – میهمان ایتالیایی هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران که برای ماموریت چندماهه به ایران آمده بود در ابتدای سفرش در مصاحبه با روابط عمومی هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران تجربه چشیدن غذاهای مختلف بین المللی را بزرگترین سرگرمی و علاقه خود دانست ، وی که به واسطه دوستان ایرانی مقیم در ایتالیا با بعضی از غذاهای ایرانی آشنایی پیدا کرده بود مدت اقامتش در ایران را بهترین زمان برای چشیدن طعم واقعی غذاهای ایرانی دانست . این میهمان ایتالیایی پس از چند سفر به استانهای مختلف ایران مجدداً به هتل پارسیان کوثر تهران باز گشت و طی گفتگویی دیگر با روابط عمومی این هتل در تحلیل تجربه اش از خوردن غذاهای سنتی ایرانی چنین گفت : غذاهای سنتی ایران بسیار متنوع هستند و در کمتر نقطه ای از جهان می توان کشوری را یافت که غذاهای هر شهرش با تنوع بسیار مستقل از دیگر شهرها باشد و این شاید بدلیل تنوع زیاد فرهنگی و جغرافیایی نواحی مختلف ایران است . برای ما بسیار جذاب است که بتوانیم خوردن این غذاهای محلی را در یک محیط سنتی ایرانی تجربه کنیم ولی متاسفانه در ایران کمتر به این موضوع اهمیت داده شده است . در اکثر رستورانها و حتی رستورانهای سنتی شاهد منوهای مشابه با انواع غذاهای ایرانی و فرنگی در کنار یکدیگر هستیم که گردشگران این غذاها را در سایر کشورها نیز خورده اند مثلاً انواع کبابها ، شنیسل ، استیک و ... همچنین عدم وجود منوهای انگلیسی و میزبانهای مسلط به زبان انگلیسی در این رستورانها بسیار مشهود است . در منوی رستورانهایی که غذاهای سنتی ایران سرو می شود مواد تشکیل دهنده غذاها ذکر نشده و چون این غذاها برایمان نا آشنا است در انتخاب غذا با مشکل مواجه می شویم مثلا ً من به یک نوع سبزی حساسیت دارم و در غذاهای ایرانی سبزی زیاد استفاده می شود و من نمی دانستم در غذاهایی مثل کوکو سبزی ، قرمه سبزی یا آشهای ایرانی آن نوع سبزی وجود دارد یا نه ! به همین دلیل خوردن این غذاها را با اضطراب تجربه کردم ولی با این وجود از خوردن غذاهای ایرانی مانند خورشت خلال در کرمانشاه که باور نمی کردم بتوان بادام را اینگونه نیز طبخ کرد ! و نیز خوردن کباب ترش در شمال ایران که به تمام کبابهایی که در لبنان و کشورهای عربی خورده بودم ارجعیت داشت . برایم بسیار لذت بخش بود و احتمالاً در سفر بعدی به ایران بازهم طعم این غذاهای خوشمزه ایرانی مرا به سوی شهرهایشان بکشاند . ایران معدن خوراکیهای خوشمزه است و ایرانیان از انواع حبوبات ، سبزیجات و میوه ها گرفته تا انواع ماهیهای آب شور و شیرین را در کشورشان دارند و این یک سرمایه بزرگ برای صنعت توریسم ایران است امیداورم در سفر بعدی بتوانم طمع غذاهای جنوبی ایران را نیز امتحان کنم .
